Fish the protected waters of Sitkalidak Strait off Kodiak Island for giant king salmon up to 80-pounds. In this area, our groups have landed over 100 kings over 60 pounds. Kodiak Island king salmon fishing limits are two per day.
● May 1 - July 10: King fishing is best.
● July 10 - Aug. 10: Great fishing and weather.
● August 20 - Sept. 15: Peak silver fishing.
Their skippers have a lifetime of experience on the waters around Kodiak Island. Deep V-hull boats with enclosed cabin with a head and a wide walk-around single-level deck.
Wildlife viewing includes deer, eagles, whales, harbor seals and stellar sea lions. Brown bears often walk along the beach within view of the boat.
The comfortable and modern lodge overlooks Sitkalidak Strait with quick access to the beach. In the fall, lodge guests may fish for silvers in local streams.
