Jurassic Lake rainbows average 10-pounds, with fish over 20-pounds possible. The Rio Grande sea-run browns average 12-14 pounds, and go to over  25-pounds. Jurassic Lake has only recently been discovered by anglers and in a very short time has become a must visit angling destination. The numerous, burly, wild rainbow trout fight like a freight train. All shallow wading, some sight casting. Many opportunities to catch a rainbow of a lifetime. The Rio Grande is the world’s finest sea-run brown fishery.

Custom built in 2005, Aurelia Lodge is the only lodge on the Rio Grande with fishing privileges on both sides of the river. There are never more than eight anglers on the Rio Grande waters of Aurelia Lodge. Guests will enjoy the lodge’s spacious rooms and excellent cuisine.

Estancia Laguna Verde Lodge at Jurassic Lake accommodates seven anglers. Their two great chefs create wonderful meals.

Includes:  Lodging, meals, guided fishing, transfers from local airports to and from lodges, fine selection of wines, beer, hard liquors, cocktails before meals, laundry service, internet access, fishing license at Jurassic Lake, (not included at Aurelia approx. $200.00).
