Christmas Island Fishing Trips

Kiritimati, also known as Christmas Island, is located in the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by intricate coral reefs.

The Villages offers excellent inshore and offshore fishing opportunities for both fly and conventional anglers.

The Island has gained global recognition for its abundant bonefish population, giant trevally, triggerfish, and seemingly endless clear waters with a white sand bottom. These factors, combined with the unique sand and coral flats, enhance visibility and make spotting bonefish easier compared to other locations.

The Villages holds two key advantages over other fishing lodges on the Island. Firstly, your skiffs are a 30-second walk from your bungalow. Secondly, each angler is assigned their own English-speaking fishing guide. A one-to-one guide to angler ratio. The extra pair of eyes really helps with bonefishing. 2026 will be our 16th year hosting trips at The Villages.
